1️⃣ An understanding of the objectives & the expected outcomes of the process.
2️⃣ A detailed process template.
3️⃣ A process RACI chart.
4️⃣ A Business Analyst to document the process.
5️⃣ Define the process inputs/outputs.
6️⃣ A swim-lane diagram. I prefer Visio, but there are many great products. 😁
7️⃣ A continuous improvement process to keep the process up to date.
➡️ And don’t forget to test the process before you go live.
